Where the water company reports only total chlorine, that is shown. Total chlorine includes chloramine, which many UK supplies (including London) use for disinfection.

• LimescaleNot reportedLowLimescale inhibitor

  Unfiltered tap water

  Filtered with EcoPro

  Low

The EcoPro filter contains a limescale inhibitor that stops the water's calcium and magnesium from forming deposits in kettles, coffee machines, taps and pipes. It doesn't remove those minerals, but limescale no longer forms. The hardness measured in your area is in the full parameter list.

During the year a sample failed the legal limit, but only in isolation (a single sample, or under 5% of samples). The rating reflects the water supplied to the zone rather than one sample; every failure is counted in the compliance line at the top of this report and shown in the full parameter list.

PFAS in drinking water are covered by Drinking Water Inspectorate guidance to water companies. Where no value appears, the water company has not reported one.

The "Filtered" column shows the estimated result after filtering with TAPP Water EcoPro filters.

During the report period, a small number of water samples did not meet drinking water standards. This may be due to old pipes or local plumbing in the neighbourhood. View all parameters
